Cellulite

What is cellulite and why have I got it. Good question, why has any woman got it because you’re not alone when you see the amount of women looking for a way to cure or rid their cellulite - that has maybe affected their legs thighs belly and buttocks. These are regular sites on the body where cellulite is commonly found.

Why Woman Are Choosing This "Method"
Over All Others to Treat Their Cellulite!

Cellulite It is a common complaint more so found in women than men. Cellulite is pockets of trapped fat which cause dimpling in the skin. It can be severe on the eye or mild. Depending on severity of the affected area treatments may vary greatly.

Dimpling is uneven and patchy and downright “ugly.” Described as looking like orange peel, it is an eyesore and this is why there are so many products on the market to help treat cellulite and keep up with the huge demand.

90% of post-adolescent women see cellulite in their life at some time. Popular body locations for cellulite are the thighs, buttocks and the abdomen. Below the dermis and epidermis are three certain layers of fat. Cellulite is more likely to build up in the subcutaneous fat layers. This layer of fat is original in its edifice in comparison to other layers because its fatty parts are prepared into certain chambers by strands of connected tissue around it. Hormones help with the storage of fat along with the body's metabolism in the subcutaneous fat layer.

Daily exercise and eating healthy foods as suggested by medical professionals do help prevent different conditions and disorders; however with cellulite, a well balanced diet and regular exercise regime is no guarantee for removing and preventing this skin issue. This is sad news for the desperate woman wanting to be rid of her unsightly cellulite, however don’t give up on treating the problem. Some treatments can make them barely visible. There are also things you can do or practice to help you feel good about yourself if you can’t remove the cellulite permanently. If you can learn to live with it, this will lessen the odds of you becoming stressed which can in fact make your condition worse.

When treating the problem make sure that you tend to the inside as well as the outside. Of course, there is the option of cosmetic surgery to reduce cellulite. But ask yourself is this really necessary. Surgery is dangerous regardless of whatever the problem is that is being remedied

Never practice or take any unfamiliar products without getting advice from your GP first. This is not healthy but dangerous.

Help control cellulite but under doctors orders with suggested tips below.

Put your feet up keeping legs elevated
Eat healthy foods/nutrients that your skin cries out for
Drink a mix of honey and lemon
