Body
Odour
Most body odour smells
have a very distinctive smell of its own
thus allowing you to pinpoint the
offending area. Certain body smells can
not be avoided; however you can help
prevent unpleasant odours.
Certain parts of
the body is identified by its own unique smell,
take the nose a fine detective for
sniffing out exactly where the body odour
smell is coming
from. A
sweaty type of stink can be over looked
by a smelly person (not intentionally)
due to them being unaware that they
actually smell. The reason for this is
because their sense of smell has become
so plain making the molecules in their
nostrils insensitive. Pungent smells like
curry or garlic are types of aromas that
a smelly person can detect before that of
their own body odour, unfortunately
personal smells produced from under the
armpits mouth or feet goes unnoticed. No
one is exempt from sweating
because it is a natural body function. When
our body perspires it is a sign that the
body is relieving heat in a biological way.
Sweat does not smell but bear in mind it is
a base for bacteria which can cause rancid
odours.
Body
odour can be lessened in two ways, one is by
reducing the sweat loss and the other by
treating the area infected with
bacteria.
To help rid bacteria you
need to take extra care with your
personal hygiene pact. Cleansing the body
has to be thoroughly done, give more
attention to the parts of the body you
are having a problem with. All over body
washes should include cleansing every
nook and cranny - particularly the areas
where sweat producing glands are
plentiful, for example under the arms,
groin and feet. Personal hygiene rituals
will differ among each individual because
some people will produce more sweat and
oil producing glands than that of others.
The best remedy for this is to wash two
or three times a day.
To keep
embarrassing body odour smells at bay use
antiperspirants/deodorants. Shave regularly
under the arms because hair is like a magnet
for bacteria. The armpit then becomes a fertile
breeding ground for the bacteria.
Certain type materials can
help reduce sweating. Wear clothing that is
kind to the skin. Looking after the skin with
clinical products is by far the safest bet
because you know it has been clinically proven
by scientists who create products as such with
a person’s well being in mind, as well as
giving a solution for your problem body
odours whether they be mild or
severe.
