Acne
Medication
There is numerous acne
medication products available over the
chemist counter to treat spots pimples
boils ranging from face creams soaps and
facial washes. Depending on severity of the
acne, acne treatments will differ for
each patient because of skin
types and as to exactly what the condition
is that is to be treated. Repeat visits to
a dermatologist may be required. Each
individual may have his or her own way that
they use to clear their bad skin disorder,
however always seek medical advice before
applying any unknown skin care products.
Spots pimples and boils are forms of skin
conditions that can be treated on a daily
basis but only with the right acne
medication.
Once again depending
on how severe the acne is, many
beauty products can be applied easily
by you. Before you buy acne
medication for consumption - pills
tablets or lotions consult your
doctor first
The problem you may have
involving skin care products is, knowing
the right one to choose, meaning, what
product will work best for you in the way
of treatment for your acne? It can prove to
be quite costly even dangerous if the acne
medication is not the right one. Check out
the package labels for any warnings on
allergy reactions. Once you have started
treatment do not be hasty if there is no
visible sign of the spots or pimples
disappearing. Do not lose heart and give up
because your skin condition is taking time
to clear. Skin acne may take time to heal
so therefore tablets creams or liquid
lotions can take time to work just like
that of a course of antibiotics
prescribed for an infection.
When applying,
or orally taking acne medication never take
more than is stated on the packaging,
exceeding the prescribed dose can cause
problems. Harmful side affects from misuse
of drugs can only add to the suffering of
the patient. If the instructions on the
curing package are not adhered too then it
can be very dangerous
indeed.
Mild
acne is treated by washing the face a
couple of times a day with a soft soap;
this usually is all you need to do to rid
skin markings. This process also removes
left over facial oils. Remember not to go
over the top when rinsing soap off the face
because this can lead to the skin drying
up, resulting in the production of more oil
to clog up the pores.
Always keep to
the same skin care product if it is
agreeing with your acne complaint. Stick to
the same daily routine you have set aside
to treat the infected area. You may have to
experiment at the beginning and this is
where the guinea pig trial and error comes
in, but once you are satisfied with the
result do not switch beauty products as
this can cause the acne to flare up worse,
or the product not working at all,
therefore an expensive healing process. See
you’re doctor should your acne give you
reason for concern or if your acne
medication is not doing the
job.
